Site surveys are an integral part of almost any civil engineering project. Fanning Howey provides surveying assistance as part as our multi-disciplinary design teams, and also works directly with communities for survey-only projects. Our experienced staff uses state-of-the-art equipment, including total stations, robotic stations, and Geographic Positioning System (GPS) technology.

Our past experience includes a variety of projects, such as topographical surveys, right of way surveys, boundary surveys, lot splits/subdivision plats, annexation surveys, as-built surveys, ALTA surveys, construction staking, FEMA flood elevation certification, first order surveys for utilities, and wetland surveys.
