We have worked closely with many colleges and universities in developing a new generation of residence halls - signature buildings that reflect the campus "brand" while incorporating progressive concepts in sustainability, flexibility, and life-cycle value. Through ongoing research, student focus groups, and years of experience in working with campus communities, Fanning Howey offers a host of creative design concepts that promote student comfort; enhance socialization; and optimize the use of integrated technology for education, advanced security, and effective facility management.
