Like many design firms around the country, Fanning Howey began as a very small company working in a single office. While we now offer the resources, knowledge, energy, and opportunities of a large national firm, our culture still reflects many of the same attributes with which we began. We care about each other, we work hard to meet our clients’ needs, and we have fun along the way.
We believe that if you bring people together who care about their work, and provide them with the tools, resources, and freedom to explore and innovate, great things will happen. In many ways, we strive to maintain a “small firm,” collaborative environment in which our employees work closely together and develop long-term relationships with clients based on mutual trust and respect. But at the same time, we benefit from the ability to share strategies, ideas, and lessons learned across many disciplines and throughout our offices.
