At Fanning Howey, we believe education doesn’t stop at graduation - it is just beginning. We offer a variety of continuing education programs to help employees excel at all levels of technical, professional, and personal development.

FH University

Set to launch in 2009, FH University is an internal continuing education program designed to teach and mentor employees on core issues surrounding our business and industry. Our “faculty” is comprised of our own experienced staff members, who will address topics ranging from business to marketing to discipline-specific instruction. Once students have completed a few courses, they will be encouraged to become teachers themselves. In this way, FH University strives to create an open learning environment in which team members have the opportunity to learn from one another.

Mentoring

Our internal mentoring program connects new hires with experienced professionals who can answer questions regarding culture and processes and aid in professional development.

Continuing Education

During regularly scheduled in-house presentations, architects, engineers, and designers can gain professional continuing education credits or learn about a new project or approach from a colleague.

LEED Accreditation

In addition to supplying financial assistance for employees pursuing LEED Accreditation, we also offer internal peer support groups that connect people from different disciplines and offices.

ARE - Architectural Registration Exam

Wanting to take the ARE? Our internal library of study guides helps employees prepare for this challenging test.
