Design Highlights

Gainey Hall is the first full-size residence hall built on Spring Arbor’s campus since the 1970s. Its design reflects the newest trends in student housing and provides all the comforts of home. Each room is equipped with a built-in wardrobe unit and furniture systems for flexible room arrangements. Students also enjoy a kitchen, laundry room, computer lab, and individualized controls for heating and cooling.

Students in Gainey Hall experience a community-centered environment with plenty of space for socializing or late-night study sessions. A two-story main lounge provides a comfortable family room-style setting, while a second-floor lounge and a small meeting room also provide places for students to gather and interact.
