Provide modern living arrangements for 280 students
Design Highlights
Samuel Morris Residence Hall balances the rich history of Taylor University with the modern needs of the university’s students. Red brick, coupled with white clapboard siding and columns, echoes the Colonial Revival style of the oldest buildings on campus, and helps establish a connection with campus history and tradition. The living space provides students with all the amenities of a modern residence hall. The building’s technology infrastructure supports wireless connectivity and allows students to access the university’s data network. Common support areas and a variety of social and quiet study lounges combine to create a comfortable atmosphere for personal and academic growth.
